A commissioned notary public is prohibited from assisting clients in filling out the forms prior to notarization.

Notaries are prohibited from providing legal advice.

You must present a valid, government-issued phot ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or a state identification card. The ID must be current and not expired.

Clients will receive an information sheet when the notary appointment is confirmed so that they know what to expect.

Pricing depends on the number of signature notarizations that will be completed during the appointment and the distance traveled by the notary to and from the location of the notary appointment. We will go over the cost with you when you contact us to schedule.

Yes. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your documents and personal information. We retain only the records entered into our notary journals.
